You are jumping to conclusions, no where has Tetra said Phase 3 needs to be completely redone. They had things put in place to oversee the trials and in Dec they came across these mytoxins that they needed to disclose to HC. They did and dealt with it in an honest way. 

Can you imagine what happens if they sweep them under the carpet, get the DIN # and THEN release that info, it all goes down the drain. 

Phase 3 data still valuable and I believe they need these 6 months to assure everyone involved that data collected is not affected and can be used to put this drug to market.

This is groundbreaking technology and they are still at the forefront. There was a minor hiccup which they have addressed and I feel they did the right thing by getting ahead of it.

You can choose to see it as a conspiracy theory to bring SP down or even blame Guy for neglegence but you're not a CSO so not sure this could have even been avoided in the first place.
