I hope we can reach a fair evaluation before then.

I'm thinking joint venture and licensing agreements instead of buyout. The markets they are going after are huge so it maybe hard for them to get fair value. If GW shareholders think they did not get fair value, imagine us with our IP and pipeline. Joint venture is the way to go.
