Great news !

Wow ! I just want to join my voice to others to say how much i'm glad not to have sold my tbp shares while licenced producers were getting higher. For me, the key sentence in the aphria/shoppers news is this one: "It is expected the products will be sold online, as Canadian regulations currently restrict the sale of medical cannabis in retail pharmacies." It is the key sentence for me because of course when we get the DIN our products will be sold in every pharmacies and it will be the ONLY one to be ! Now that shoppers chose their partner, will our major distribution partner show themselves off? Can't wait to know who is it !

Stop pretending being superior by calling people names on the internet. Take some time to read the news and my post and to understand it. Have a good night.

I did take time to read it ... still don’t get THE ONLY ONE... sorry I offended you by calling you cowboy didn’t think it would upset you.

The ONLY product to be sold in RETAIL pharmacies if we get a DIN. Of course Aphria's product will be sold by Shoppers, that's the deal, but it will be ONLINE only with the current regulations. That is a big difference. Currently, in order to sell medical cannabis, a licence is required, even for a pharmacy, and that's why Shoppers filled an application with Health Canada. With a ...more

I think he misspoke, it will absolutely be part of Aphrias lineup with Shoppers Drug Mart. But, what also makes this special, our Mysterious distribution partner will also supply all other pharmacies in Canada. We are talking about the ONLY fully insured product throughout all pharmacies! It’s important b/c wouldnt you rather pickup at a pharmacy, rather than by mail or a dispensary? The stigma ...more

So how does this work? Does TBP secret pharmaceutical distributor a competitor of APH new shoppers drug Mart deal?
Comment by Shooternow on Dec 04, 2017 9:48pm
You don't think that Shoppers Drugmart is the pharmaceutical distributor? That would make the most sense to me!
Comment by PCR1917 on Dec 04, 2017 9:56pm
Some here were talking about Apotex, and that would make sense. The major distributor is not a publicly traded company. Shoppers belongs to Loblaws which is a publicly traded company.

That's me...lol I've been saying it for a while..  I think it's Apotex. I hope we get the big reveal soon! GL  Bella

If it's not Apotex, I think it very well could be McKesson ;) I really hope they let us know soon !
