Exactly my thoughts aswell the only reason they would pull the trigger on this now is because hey are in deep buyout talks with the big boys great start to 2018

If a buyout happens, what should we expect the pps to be ?

A buyout cannot happen without share holder approval so I would think it will be north of 2$ at a minimum . this may only happen 6 months down the road but it's great to see them preparing for the inevitable

IF a buyout were to happen. Do we has shareholders keep our shares still? Or would our shares be bought from us at more of a premium? I would rather keep my shares longggggg.

I believe that depends on the terms of buyout. Could also meant that our shares get convertd to the buying company at a certain rate,, etc..

completely agree. A buyout doesnt seem likely at the moment, and I would seriosuily have To reconsider TBP if they were considering a buyout now. To me this seems more likely a strengthening of TBP's position, for a better deal on the $20million financing or future business transactions. I could be wrong, but this is what my DD, experience and gut is telling me.

I Agree. I am hopeful that there is no buyout for atleast a couple of years. This will give them time to Capitalize and establish their name and PPS.
