What does warrant mean?
'Each Unit will consist of one common share (a Common Share) in the Company and one warrant (a Warrant and collectively the Warrants). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $1.30, for a period of 36 months from the Closing Date.' Does that mean on deal closing date they will get 8M shares from public market and then buyer has 30days to buy another 1.2M shares from market pool at 1$ as well. Then they have 3 years to buy another 8M shares at 1.30. so the price will go up to 1.30 after 30days from closing date? And after the 8M shares is fulfilled at 1.30 the price can go higher? I'm new to market and I wanted to know my money are there on this 1$ price for how long. Thanks

Thanks for you reply. I got it now. It is in the favor of the buyer to increase the SP after deal is closed to make money on the initial 8M and to make the warrant worth it they will have to increase the SP above 1.30. so TBP should go up after the deal is closed no doubt about it.

They are risking nothing they will be selling their 10 million shares as soon as the deal closes we will be a bit higher than 1 we will be at a standstill again for a week or so. They got their money back they gave now the warrants are their gravy it will be way over 130 they will buy and sell accordingly.

News release never said anything about a hold period so you may be right. Typically there is a period of time where these shares can't be sold but that may not be the case here.

Good catch on the no hold period. If these levels happen to remain until April I’ll be a very happy camper. Excelsior (Min.V) will break their ATH of $1.48 (currently 1.10) around that time as they will have the final EPA permit in hand and fully funded to start their mine (4 billion lbs of copper),low public float and no debt.. I’ll be trannsferring much more into tbp at that time

How can they sell now? They don't own the shares until the deal closes? [/quote]

They sell shares they already own and then buy Into the placement in order to get free warrants.

Not sure how i got 4 stars, i know why you have 2 1/2 though. Thats all I'll say on this matter. I'm in at 1.17 , I don't get to excited about financing that is less than what i paid because I've been doing this for awhile and understand how the games are played. I also can smell bulls--- a mile away and I'm getting a whiff of it now. Good luck in your investing

Who cares if you have done this for a while. If you understood how the games are played, you wouldn't have bought when you did. You are full of it!
