What is Q next to a shares buying transaction at 4pm

I saw this several times. Someone tries to down tick TBP at 3:59 to 0.71. but at 4pm (after market) someone (usually 001 Anonymous) buys at the asking price (0.73) and they put the mark Q next to that transaction. I see the same thing on stockwatch.com, the Q is for a trade on close, not sure exactly what happened, there is a link on the stockwatch page but when I click on it, it comes with error, page not found. I will try to dig deeper.
