Instead of MOC order 001 trader uses software to make a sell at 3:59:59 just for a change so that it doesn't get suspicious with all the MOC down tick orders everyday.

This has been going on for a long time. Was really prominent in the $1 range. One day we had eaten through ask at 1.03 1.04 1.05 with 100000 plus shares on 1.02 and 001 downticks as was going on daily. The next day 001 got exactly what they were hoping for on a 1.01 open. I reported to Sec. I did get acknowledgment of that they received the complaint but Its obvious nothing has been done. The

I hear ya T-2, I made a last minute buy, 2k shares at 15:59 and 40 seconds, just could not get that 15:59:59 like anon does!! lol... my trade went thru the dark side at 0.61 cents, 6 trades went thru after mine, the last 3 from anon at 0.60 cents. I am not trying to uptick, just adding to my pile for northbud shares when the deal happens! the extension is for this months end, could be extended
