New agreement with Quantum Pharma inc.

I noticed in the news release TBP mentioned protection from getting bought out. This agreement with Quantum makes it seem like they don't want to be bought out by another Pharma company at this point. I have a feeling they know they're about to explode and want to make sure shareholders are rewarded. 

Might be overly optimistic but maybe not.
