CB2 Therapeutics - New partnership ?

Thorne (US)... Onegevity (US and co-founded by Thornes CEO... and Tetra partnered to establish a new single entity. Anything that comes from this is now only 1/3 Tetra's. Both on the expense and profit side of things.... can someone tell me if this CB2 is even going to show on the TBP books? Seems like Tetra is now sharing all their IP with these american partners and anything that comes out of CB2 will be good for those private shareholders but what does TBP shareholders get from this arrangement?...

I agree with batteryguy..this is all going downhill please be so kind and sell all your tbp shares at .25 and tbp.wt.a warrants at .105 if you have any
