If you are talking 11 cents USD then that is possible. It really depends on the news to come and the discount that thier broker is demanding. All of Tetra's financings have been done at a discount. Regardless they will 100% need the funds if they want to advance ARDS and be in position to start a phase 3 for QIXLEEF.

Guy himself said they have funds to take ards to phase2 also don't forget the funding payed by George Mason University but they will need funds later Qixleef
