QIXLEAF Value?

What is the value of QIXLEAF if someone can already go out and get medical or Rec Cannabis anywhere in Canada and the majority of the States?  Why would someone want a low THC/CBD compond when you can could go to any dispensary and have a variety of strains, THC levels and THC/CBD ratio?

If it has a DIN, doctors can prescribe it and people can get it for free. I would rather have it without having to pay, no?
