RE: GFS Share Value

RE: GFS Share Value

Predicting the future is always the issue isn't it? As at Q3 (Sept 30)

Tangible assets = $323mm

Total liabiliites = $87mm

Tangible Book Value = $236mm ($3.69 per share)

They had lost $31mm at the end of Q3, and are on pace to lose ~$40mm for the year. If Q4 even breaks even, it will reverse a disturbing trend of destroying equity. Once this happens, the market will respond by bringing it up to $2.50 - $3.00. Judging by insider buying and what we've seen today in the market, I would suggest that Q4 will look good.
