management This company looks like a pretty decent speculation. I can't help but wonder if the extensive experience of management isn't a bit of a negative. Are they all 55-70 years old? Is running this company a hobby? Are they already rich from previous work and not very motivated? Is there any young blood in the group? I have looked at a dozen gold stocks that are up double and triple and this one is down over last 3 months? WHY? Thanks Happy New Year Soccer57
