Here Is What Is Happening

Don't be a nervous Nellie

@lexcon Miners in Mexico are getting dumped due to fears over the recent mining law proposals. A reposting of the intent to block all new open pit mines was in the news yesterday as well. The law primarily impacts new concessions (currently a proposed freeze and revamped awarding process), and clearly has impact on open pittable resources not currently in place. But GSVR is entirely underground mining, most likely would remain U/G even with new acquisitions---and their expansion plans are clearly geared to acquiring and resurrecting existing mines. So no new concessions and no new open pits has zero direct impact on GSVR current properties and potential target properties. When the market realizes they are throwing out the baby with the bathwater by punishing all mining assets located in Mexico the price will turn back up.

GSVR is exempt from this new tax. Its operations are underground.
