Fed

Fed is coming this Wed will they stay the course keep rates the same or make the inevitable rate cut. If a cut it's great news for pms and basically every other investment except the dollar...

Sept possible rate cut is my bet. Fed gonna hold steady until then. Or if things break, cut early, or inject QE.

Back to prices around 0.22 with silver set to continue correcting for a few more weeks. I think the next big rise should be in late summer or early autumn. As for the US rate cut, I can only see one in November or December. I sincerely hope I'm wrong.

A look at the latest employment results, which came as a surprise. Imagine if inflation is bullish tomorrow we could take another sharp fall. The market always says to sell metals in May and come back at the end of September. Again, that's true for this year.

Reallly? Hope your short position is crushed.

What I'm talking about doesn't mean it's going to happen. You think the FED is going to cut in September and it could happen just as it could only happen in November or only next year. Who knows. The market is very volatile and it's hard to make predictions. Tomorrow we could also have a surprise drop in US inflation, which could reverse this downward trend. And there you have it.

Powell should just stand up there and say "Look people, we're not gonna make any significant rate adjustments until something bad happens, so just get on with it, and then we'll step in when we think things are sufficiently screwed up. Because where does all this micromanaging flawed data really get us anyway?"

Well said. Powell is not making any friends. Debt is the enemy the FED will face down soon enough. This will be one of the reasons they are forced to cut. Likely by sept. But not much later than that.
