RE:Valuation

RE:Valuation
Bigredmachines wrote: Other than hype, can someone explain why this stock is worth anything close to PGM.  PGM is about to complete a feasibility study, has a mill, shaft, ramp and kilometres of underground infrastructure, easily worth over $100 million, not to mention a 2 million oz resource at great grades plus the recent discovery of three new deposits since this team took over the project. In addition, PGM has shown drill holes that hit great grades and widths below existing workings, so the deposit looks like it will keep going.

Average drill spacing at Madsen is 6m spacing. Think of all the money Great Bear will have to spend to get anywhere close to this. I am not dissing the asset, just don't understand the valuation.

Valuation is PGM $140 million.. GBR $106 million.. maybe the market has got that about right..?the problem being PGM has 7.5 times more s/o..
but in a word I would say "potential" is why GBR is where it is.. maybe ask Rob McEwen..
It's not hype.. there are thousands of companys out there hyping their stories and they always end up tanking.. if GBR was simply hype it would down under $2 by now.
