Mr. Trump got nothing to do with development of this vaccine.
in the first place it had been developed by a German company, Biontech.
financed in the beginning by two German entrepeneurs with 300 million Euro to support two German scientists, a couple, migrated from Turkey.
they are responsible for the long awaited breakthrough in the research against covid19.
Pfizer came later in into the picture
The US Government as well as the EU commission supported the development in later stage with millions of Dollars and Euros to secure distribution of million of doses to the US and the EU.
In case of EU the distribution has been organized already, population by EU memberstate is the factor.
I can only hope that in case of USA Mr. Trump will not be the decision maker. In that case millions of New Yorkers will remain in the dark.
