RE: RE: Legislators return to AlbanyI think the current PP is more in response to the OSLO listing requirement. They had to stipulate the use of funds in the short form prospectus, but the primary driver was the OSLO listing.
Let's face it, once the funds are in, they can be spent any way GMR wants, regardless of what the short form prospectus says now.
