UticaShale leasing is heating up in Ohio. Landmen are combing thecourthouses gathering info. Mass mailings are being sent and leases(usually memorandums) are being recorded. Game on. I can't wait tillthe first well is drilled. I relish the idea of the Utica Shale beinganother prosperous play. BTW, the Utica Shale is practically everywherein the Appalachian Basin. The quality? Don't know if it has the rightingredients and/or been cooked for the right time and temperature.But, there are operators that are putting up some sizable risk money tofind out. And why not?
