Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. is continuing to proceed with a non-brokered private placement totalling CDN$300,000 as announced in a news release dated September 2, 2004. The Company will issue 2,500,000 units at a price of CDN$0.12 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitl
ing the holder to acquire one additional common share for two years at a price of CDN$0.155. The units will be subject to a four month hold period. The proceeds from this private placement will be used to fund the Daly, North Oxbow, Goose River and other projects and for general working capital.
