2 sets of management,. 2 seperate,  very small operations .... too small IMO

Presentations say 

Greanite - Insiders will hold 7.9%,  8.8% fully diluted. 
Boulder - Insiders will hold 17%  .... 

I wonder how they managed that ?  
Considering they presently own 7.7% of DTX .  

I hope they are turned down by the shareholders ....
