RE: RE: Hit and Miss

RE: RE: Hit and MissThis was not a random program. They started out delineation around hole 03 and 06, but had two drills, one checking out other airborne anomalies. The airborne interpretation improved, and new areas were attempted. A third drill was added. The sequence is all messy due to the drill hole numbers jumping from drill to drill in various areas. If you look at the maps included with the NR, you will see fairly regular-spaced expansion from the original holes. The locations of the original round were limited by the original permitting, giving a somewhat sloppy appearance to the early part of the program. Seismic needs to be interpreted relative to drilling anyways, so without adequate drilling, any seismic would have been only as useful as the original airborne, which has served well so far, IMO. Drilling tells the real story. As for insinuations that amateurs were at work here, Eric Fier is experienced in coal, and Norwest Corp. was overseeing the program as well.
