Update

UpdateDoes anyone know if the investigator is going to provide an update. I think that the fair value report is the smoking gun of corruption. Any judge will be able to see there's been criminal intent. My guess is Waterton are either trying to rape the asset dry while they can before they lose their 60%. There is noone onsite with shareholders best interests. Waterton could probably pull enough cash out of this asset to pay the fines they know will come.  It is important for us shareholders to once we get our head above water go after mgmt and waterton. We can't operate a business with black and white thieves it's bad enough having Goldman sacks in this world to deal with.

Murray is the stand out shareholder that has most probably pulled this hat out of the bag it's disgraceful that mgmt have gone AWOL in such a time of need. Clearly they are pleading fifth amendment no different from ENRON.  At the end of the day I hope they get their credence
