The Tribunal declares the proceeding closed in accordance with ICSID Arbitration Rule 38(1).


Presumably this means they will be moving on to making a decision ... presumably!

Many thanks abcguysh, its been a LONG & stressfu ordeal! We'll hopefully sooner see a final award!

To all here $675M seems like a steal We could have had a clean world class mine up and running selling into $2.5K gold by now. Even more, the people of region would have gainfully benefited. Let's hope the tribunal does the right thing for EOM and the miners of Santurban.  Best of luck to all.
