I expect a three way deal soon enough 

similar cases like Barrick in Pakistan worked out in the and sometimes it takes what it took here to arrive at a positive outcome . I can't see the Colombian authorities stealing  in plain sight now without having their hands cut off .

the tribunal ruled EOM claims could not be characterized as being in the paramo since the gov't failed to formalize any Paramo boundries .... Aris / Mubabala are the big winners of this ruling and they are chomping at the bit to get this mining started. It would be very hard for Colombia gov't to mine EOM claims and also deny Soto Norte. It would also add complexity if there were 2 ...more
