Share Price

What the heeck iso keeping the sp down? We should be sitting in the neighbourhood of $15.00. Any thoughts on this? Please share.....

Sometimes, "powers to be" (market makers/manipulators) try to suppress the stock price before a takeover so it would appear that offered price is a premium to the 20 day average price of the takeover target.

I do not usually subscribe to manipulation conspiracies. Of course it happens, but I think fellow investors should not ignore a more common explanation for a low share price, which is that the market is imperfect. I am frustrated with the company share price because they have great assets and are cheap on a p/e basis compared to many other companies currently offered up as suggestions by many ...more

.........much like the comments I thinks we have a bit of everything going on here. Personally I would be open to a take over ( friendly that is ) $15.00 dollar range  would be my bottom line. Your comments are irrelevant to what I wrote. Are you deliberately trying to be stupid? Why would I buy a stock that is priced to perfection with future increases in earnings already built in? Manipulation has always occurred but eventually market forces will cause a share price increase or decrease regardless of the manipulation. Kl is undervalued and the market will correct that.
