Valuation

Last year Lake Shore was sold for $ 950 MM and was producing 45 000 oz/quarter or 180 000 oz/year

In this morning release

Fosterville at 46 083 oz...for the Q1(same as LSG).valuation =$ 950 MM
Macassa at 48 723 oz For the Q1 (same as LSG)valuation  pro rata $ 950MM x 108 %=$ 1,026 MM

Valuation of these two production units =$ 1976MM /206 000 000 =$ 9.59/share

Total production for the Q1 =130 425...............................................................................
Production at Foster +Macassa=94 806.................................................................
Balance 35 619 oz and LSG valuation = $ 738 MM /206 000 000=$ 3,58 /share

Total actual valuation of KL =$ 9.59+ $ 3,58 =$13 ,17..................................................
And this ball park figure is based on 130 425...................................................................
With the revised guidance taking the mid point we have 550 000 for 2017 or 137 000/quarter
and give an additionnal 5% share value or 105%X 13,17= $ 13,82.......................................

Surely that Tony would accept a $ 14,00 offer for the new Kl and so do I....................

This is why I have added some share at the actual price.

it seems few people know of this stock and its symbol...they have to get the message out...I also wish Sprott would move on

But LSG is not KL. One is much bigger (3 to 1) . One is mid cap the other one is small cap ( the mid cap can and will get a reajustment of multiple). There is a job to do at KL  (get the production up and decrease the costs). Also the man ultimatly in charge is not Tony but the head of the BOD and  Sprott will not accept  $14 / sh. He wants to develop and get much more.

If you take the Macassa operation by itself,it  is now producing more than LSG at the time an actually. Price tag on a ball park $ 950 MM. Fosterville much more than LSG and soon to be better than Macasssa  etc etcand what about the former St Adrew operation So Kl as of today is worth probably $ 14 or more and tony was a big player at the time of the LSG sale... Will see ...
