I wouldn't really call it pumping. I'm pretty sure I clearly stated I grabbed a couple hundred thousand because it was ridiculous to not buy it at .0008 with the kind of news that was coming. Lo and behold, we actually hit .004 and that was before the good news even. It is heavily manipulated and it will be played many times over on the way up, but if they give solid confirmation of the 20 million annual deal (which I feel they already did) then the current 1/5th of a penny is astoundingly low.
