If's been my understanding that sometime after HS announced the Visionstate JV, Visionstate was having issues with their main partner Bunzl(discussion were stalled between VIS and Bunzl) which put on hold any related jv that HS might have had with VIS. It looks like VIS and Bunzl are working together again but I have not heard of any re-activation of jv efforts between HS and VIS
