You have to be a client of Echelon Wealth Partners Inc.,will act as sole agent and bookrunner for the offering.

Which suggest they will have no problem allocating all the units. Hopefully in Strong hands and they do a good job of supporting the share price. They are getting paid alot , 8% commision.
Otherwise they would have recruited other brokers to share in the brokered private placement .
