$HS - Finalizes Contract with Sonoma County HealthSpace recently finalized and signed a new contract with California’s Sonoma County.
- $704,000 has been approved ($364,500 is recurring revenue throughout the 5-year contract)
- Will include HSPay generating additional revenue for $HS
- The initial contract was delayed due to COVID but is now finalized, and $HS is currently implementing its services immediately

Great stuff from $HS finally closing the deal, which was announced back in February. An extra $704,000 to add to the revenue numbers. $HS is a consistently innovating company that provides government agencies with simple and easy ways to receive payments, store data, and communicate.
With contracts spanning several years, $HS has the ability to secure recurring revenue from agencies across North America. Over the past couple of months, the SP of $HS has been struggling, but that doesn’t change the fact that the underlying business is improving through new partnerships, contracts, and acquisitions.
IMO this is extremely undervalued with a market cap of only $40M, they have a significant customer base, advanced technology, and an experienced management team. Now I’m just looking for support near the $1.00 area to add more to my position!
