HealthSpace just announced several new contracts and renewed contracts with health departments across Canada and the US.
- Newly signed US contracts with The State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services for radon and lead regulation, as well as Vermillion County, Illinois and Mason County, Illinois for environmental health data management (all 3 include the use of HSPay)
- A Canadian contract with Hastings Prince Edward County in Ontario for environmental health data management
- Renewed contracts with the State of Ohio for 2 years and the Northern Health Authority for a year
- All newly signed contracts are 5-year agreements, and the total value of the new contracts is US$709,230.95, of which US$599,230 is ARR
- Also signed a reseller agreement with Unisys, an authorized administrator of the NASPO contract that allows state and local government agencies to purchase software directly with an expedited purchasing mechanism. (Wisconsin DHS used this to purchase HSCloud software). This was the first contract through Unisys, but it’s looking like it definitely won’t be the last!
