First cancelled contract?

I may be wrong but my understanding this is their first cancelled contract of many contracts held.  Also they have always had expired contracts renewed while losing none.  To lose this in Florida with their messed up health authority and as freedom said their political disaster, this drop could be a manipulation to garner cheap shares.  It has seemed this has been held down for quite a while.  jmho

interesting  -  This is a disaster  -  down over 15%  yet  i bet if we looked back  , the  price increase in the share price  was probably only a few points when the contract was announced. Likely, this contract  does not  detract  much from overall income  - so  who  cares.   The sell off is nuts.  Admittedly
