The More I Read The More I Like!This company completed a Private Placement on October 27, 2021 for $18.8 million. There was no mention of warrants, if you are an investor you gotta love all that money being raised at $1.60 per share. The share price is now 50% less and that drill result yesterday should have drawn a lot of investment, not that I care because it gave me time to do Due Diligence. At the time of this PP they also had around $9 million in the bank for a total of $27 million, that is phenominal in this market. They also have a strategic investor and a senior producer owning their shares. Folks this company is in Alaska with an incredible low float. CHEERS!
