Got my warrants and shares today. 

says AMWOLF ON IT. 

will these automatically be converted to shares and warrants of HULK. 

can anyone help??

So you need to send that into your broker in order for the shares to be deposited into your investment account. The warrants do NOT automatically convert.  The warrants give you the right to purchase the shares @ 30 cents.  30 cents times as many shares as you want up to the maximum number of warrants you hold.

Hi I appreciate your insight and do understand what your saying. I was wondering why the shares and warrants say amwolf capital Corp.  ive deposited the shares and warrants. Will it appear as amwolf in my account or  hulk. Somewhere I must of got confused on the terms of the arrangement between the two.

It will appear as HULK, as HULK is the ticker symbal to buy/sell on the markets.
