New Investors / general question
Hey guys - looking to get in but waiting for a pullback as also learning this was a reverse split? / just new IPO so may cool off a bit. anyways just wonderng how would someone get into something like that before it even went public?
Like im reading there were the "previous" investors already in the stock and are to get share certificates? How do you guys find these opportunities so early?
