This mess could get cleaned up quickly ifHCG just does what the OSC wanted them to do in the first place and pay a penalty and get rid of the 3 main players involved. With Reid, Soloway and Morton soon all to be out of the way it frees up the OSC to slap the company with a penalty and move on. This will be encouraged by both Finance Minister Marneau and the entire Banking system in whole as this can only damage the entire sector the longer it goes. Look for a concerted effort by the big banks to make this go away. HCG will need to be bought out and life will go on, this will be old news in a few months.
