Home Trust is a federally regulated trust company offering residential and non-residential mortgage lending, securitization of residential mortgage products, consumer lending and credit card services. In addition, Home Trust and its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Bank offer deposits through brokers and financial planners, and through a direct-to-consumer brand, Oaken Financial. Its mortgage lending includes classic single-family residential lending, insured residential lending, residential commercial lending, and non-residential commercial lending. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:House price down 5% in TO in May; inventory climbingand the whole other silly part of the discussion which the doom and gloomers keep forgetting about is that this not a play on the bad mortgages etc.

This is a play on the issue of the bank's liquidity.  Can they keep enough GIC/Savings depositors in the company while they work out a a more suitable borrowing arrangement to replace the HOOP loan.

All this talk of housing crash which is off the mark on both counts.

watch the liquidity nubmers- the company is stabilizing. they are transparent as to their next steps.  they are communcating regulary with investors.

The stock is worth more than $ 9 . IMHO.
