RE:GMP ( Boland ) Buying Everything in sight

RE:GMP ( Boland ) Buying Everything in sightyou can't assume that its any one person. there is no way to tell that its a proprietary account by the broker number.  short data is reported elsewhere. not sure you can tell if they are short trades or someone just selling out - lots of people bought in on the run up from 5/6 and are happy with 10/11 gains. a little less than last week but still a good run

It could be an order for one client or multiple client or their proprietary book or a combination of all three.

you can't tell that from the above info.

the only thing I think you could surmise is if the broker is an American outfit, like Goldman, the client is more likely to be an American, but they could be saudi sfor all we know too.

besides, even if people want to continue to short it . it only makes it cheaper for the longs  once the comany continues on its return to normaly and profitiability later this year- maybe by Q3  but not until the expensive LOC is paid off with returning depositors' GIC money, will HCG become profitable and then the stock price will pick up and be less volatile .

Right now its very volatile and whippy because of the uncertainty- vis a vis Buffet's discounted share purchase is way lower than the market price? What will Q2 and Q3 look like? what wil their NIM's look like once the expensive LOC is paid off? Not sure when that will happen.

They are out of the woods- their existential crisis is over, but its not a certain when it will get back to being a $ 25 stock- BV will be reduced from last Q1, but not clear by how much.

I think it will rebound but its very volatile stock.   the shorts exaggerate of course because it benefits them. but for all the sellers there are buyers and some people think it will be back to $25 in no time.
