RE:HCG emergency $2 billion credit facility ...will be able refinance on cheaper terms- 

they don't need to replace the entire amount because there is no alonger  liquidity issue.

commerical lenders will lend them money at normal rates.

that ought to be have a bit easier for you to figure out.

how long has it been since they repaid the entire amount- I think they repaid it in September.

the balance sheet is fine.  this should also mean that they will continue to increase their profitiabilty because they no nonger will be able to finance their liabilities with expensive short term debt, plus they still have their deposit money that has stabilized.

the question investors want to know is when will the dividend be restored, before the end of this year or in Q1 next year?
