So, I figure those restrictions will get pulled sooner than later (just like Vaccone shots got pullled forward)

The securities comprise A, B and Z tranches and are backed by a portfolio of near-prime uninsured mortgages. Home Capital expects to close the private placement by June 21.
The A tranche, totaling $340 million, will carry an annual coupon of 1.433% and will be sold by a syndicate led by BofA Securities and co-managed by BMO Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets. The remaining $60 million comprising the B and Z tranches will be retained by Home Capital unit Home Trust.
Home Capital's shares dropped 2.3% at business close on Monday.
