waste of time
going private, then going public again would be a waste of time and essentially would screw the existing shareholders as there would be no guarantee of the potential mass share manipulaton once the company was private. What Mengi should do is have the entire BOD and Management resign/fired and have some people involved that know what running a public company is all about. Maybe we'll lose this company now to a Ruby Ck take over!
