We know who sold but not why .. Looking back over the insiders Elliott bought a huge amount of shares in late 2010 / 2011 at much higher prices $1.50 - $1.80 range , Looks like It is a US firm so could be their tax lose selling is later then ours or something ?  HYX  Management  buying more .
