SEDI shows CEO Ian Campbell bought a total of 39,000 at 13.5 cents on Nov 16-17.
Maybe he bought at the low.

why the sell off last week?
analyst John Kaiser thinks the selloff was Monarch Mining selling it shares for cash just before it filed for bankruptcy November 14.
