RE: Re: Future Price $ 10.00 - warrants. Often, in a takeover situation, new warrants will be issued for the acquiring company's stock. In other words, a takeover at $4.50 doesn't neccessarily mean that the holder will be required to exercise the warrants at close (limiting the time value). Do your own research or contact the company.
