RE: It's the dilution factor
RE: It's the dilution factorYou reiterate my figures, and we actually do not disagree. But the paradox for anyone who agrees is this: this has to be the bargain in this sector at this price. I tried to point out how just one part Prognoz gives me a probable value greater than the price it is trading at now by 3 TIMES.
So my take is this. You either believe this or not, to be the case. If anyone sees this, then they can speak all day as to why, but I have been busy increasing my position. The reason is very simple. I try and buy value, and ignore emotion. This is ridiculously cheap, and I do not see any logic as to why this will not assert that intrinsic value over time. As I said, even this management will have a hard time keeping it down.IMO That is the funny part, if one can step back and see the humour in this. As well, does anyone think that the Russian partners are going to invest at $1.79 and let their funds get wasted????? Think about it, look at the price, complain about all the problems. But my suggestions at this point, is buy the holy sh't out of this at these prices, it is a gift with huge upside. That IS the way I view this. What happens over a few months, all the games, they have not changed this. The cash, Prognoz, other assets. Add them up, subtract the liabilities and then divide by 500 million. Do you get something greater than $1.25?????
I do!! Try $5 plus looking out a year or so.IMO
