RE: This paragraph is key but I agree anything canI think the market price says it all. Who believes that these guys are going to pull off even this last deal. If they do not, who could possibly want the current managment or BOD, other than of course somebody who has struck a  deal with them, in my opinion. The price is now approaching the point where the proposed last deal would inject cash into this company to the tune of about 70%  per share of the current price. So one has to ask, what the truth is here, and of course nobody here has an answer. One thing for sure is that current managment is well aware of this, so ask yourself why the silence, and drop in share price. There is too much disconnect here between value and price, so one has to conclude, at least I do, manipulation that favors certain parties. I do not say this is the case of course, heaven forbid, it is simply my opinion, but does anyone offer another explanation? Does managment, the BOD? Gee I can't hear anything.roflmao
