Alfa Group did a deal with Silver Bear Resources SBR-T back in June, and the deal closed in July (as advertised). But precious metals were in an up mode then. Deal was 1.5 milllion shares @ $3.00.  SBR did rally up, and has been caught in the downdraft with everyone else.  SBR assets are in Russia (where else).   Hmmm silver with HRG and SBR.
