I called HRG
I called HRGI called HRG this morning to speak with Dan Hrushewsky the VP of investor relations and he is away for 2 weeks on holiday. Wow how is that for timing? I will see if anyone else returns my call.
I also spoke with David Knight of Macleod Dixon LLP, he represents the Alfa side of the transaction. Accordingly he could not comment on the current status of the deal other than to say that it has been signed by both HRG and Alfa. The report National Instrument 62-103.... has been posted on SEDAR. But in terms of materiality this deal would not even blink of the Alfa Group Consortium balance sheet.
So deck chairs on the Titanic boys, will have to wait and see how this goes forward.
