I believe while the Alfa deal was alive their agreement contained certain clauses which precluded them from entertaining offers from other interested parties. Certainly HRG opened their kimono to Alfa.  And yes Alfa could always come back, but I think a better fit would be a miner partner/owner not a financing venture because HRG has not executed their plans to any positive degree.

I read somewhere that HRG purchased "used" equipment for the new mines, could someone else confirm this?

I also agree with Olderwisernow that it is the end of the month and there is additional pressure. Can;t wait to see the short positions come next week. This stock could coil back and get a small pop if some positive news comes out.

No big trades today, just lots of small transactions. Lets hope the Titanic starts to turn up soon.
